Chose this pan from among hundreds to choose from based upon Consumer Reports recommendation. Turns out they were right, it's a great pan. Very well-made and of course heavy/sturdy. Even heating and easy to handle with the stay-cool handle. Already used and washed (either by hand and/or dishwasher) dozens of times, but still seems good as new. Note that it is NOT a non-stick pan so things like eggs will stick, but easy enough to clean off after soaking in water for a while.
