I bought this to use in my craft area I actually did not use the adhesive I installed it with the screws that were included. It does the job just fine I do wish that the actual part that holds the paper towels was a little bit larger.Adhesion was a little too good and took a small patch if wall when I tried to adjust the tape. Also, I didn't like how the adhesive sticks out on the top and bottom of the unit; I decided to turn it horizontal, contrary to the instructions, so that it wouldn't show as much. Otherwise, it looks and hangs well.No adhesive in the package at all. I would not purchase this product again. Flimsy......AFTER THIS REVIEW...seller reached out to me and offered me $4.00 refund, I declined, then a full refund.....I accepted a full refund and they are sending me another free one with adhesive. Customer Service is great.I tried to adhere is using just the double sides tape. I didn't even have the paper towels on it and the thing fell off the cabinet the moment I took my hand away. The screw that holds on the bar doesn't go through into the other side so the bar hands down and when you go to grab the paper towels, they fall off the bar. It's poorly designed. It should at least screw into the other side to hold the bar up instead of it hanging down like that.Since the day I installed it it’s been falling apart many times finally today it gave up. It’s not strong enough to hold a regular paper towel.Keeps falling off of adhesiveI love it. I use it to hang my necklaces and bracelets. I love how organized they stay in this and not get tangled up in a drawer.
